We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a B usiness Analyst Deliverables
Manage, update, and maintain weekly status reports and tracking trackers across assigned workstreams, ensuring accuracy and required level of detail as directed by JCI
Support the development and maintenance of the Application Data Book — including data gathering, validation, and formatting in coordination with app and service owners
Track and manage action items, decisions, and open issues logs across relevant workstreams; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure
Conduct research on applications, infrastructure assets, and vendor contracts to support TSA identification and disposition activities
Coordinate scheduling of meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-ups
Maintain SharePoint libraries, project documentation, and file structures in line with M&A program standards
Support preparation of project-level reporting and executive summaries for the IT Deal Lead and Tower Leads
Assist with onboarding documentation, SOW tracking, and vendor coordination as required by the program Requirements
Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) required; English proficiency also required
2-4 years of experience in a project coordination, business analyst, or IT analyst role
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing structured tasks and managing multiple concurrent deliverables
Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams required; proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reporting
Familiarity with IT landscapes (applications, infrastructure, or both) preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation and facilitate follow-up with stakeholders
Experience supporting M&A or large-scale IT programs is a plus but not required
Self-starter who takes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers with minimal supervision
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines
