Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and administrative support tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Process and manage confidential customer or company information.
- Organize and update records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
- Support front-office teams by handling documentation and back-end processes.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- Assist with reporting and documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- C1 or native-level English proficiency.
- Previous experience in administrative, back office, or data entry roles is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM systems, etc.).
- Ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal supervision.
Skills:
- Strong written communication skills in English.

Salary:
- Gross monthly salary of $16,500 MXN.
