What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to verify credentials and/or permissions, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns or operational needs.

Support a professional environment at a technology-focused location by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or policy-related issues.
Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
