What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
- Help customers by resolving questions, requests, or concerns
- Accurately document each interaction in the system
- Meet performance goals (conversion, retention, quality)
- Follow scripts, policies, and quality standards
- Protect customer data with full confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
- English level B1–C2 (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience (call center preferred; healthcare, sales, or retail also accepted)
- Basic computer skills + fast typing
- Good spelling and grammar (English & Spanish)
- Positive attitude and strong customer focus
- Ability to multitask
