Job Purpose

Manage the necessary resources to integrate new projects in a timely and effective manner, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to add value to production and administrative processes in order to improve the product's conversion cost

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with customer requirements
Improve and maintain productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency across operational lines
Implement investment plans that increase business profitability by entering new markets and/or improving processes
Ensure that tooling meets its expected service life
Manage the implementation of CAPEX projects at the plant

Education and Qualifications

Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
Experience: 4–5 years of experience in the automotive industry and production processes, and 2 years in administrative project management, machinery relocation, new project launches, engineering changes, and new product development.
