Our firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) personal injury intake specialist. As an intake specialist, you will be the first point of contact with prospects and leads. You will be asked to obtain accident facts as well as consult with our potential clients. This is an entry level position in which we will provide training upon hire. This position is a high potential for growth within the firm.

Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from potential clients
- Ensure that all retainer documents are properly signed
- Follow up with potential clients
- Provide referral communication
- Schedule meetings/calls for attorneys with potential clients
- Reviewing and analyzing case facts
- Coordinating sign-up of new clients
- Providing case information to case managers
