UI/UX Designer – B2B SaaS (Healthcare Preferred)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team and create intuitive, engaging user experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. The ideal candidate has experience designing interfaces for business applications, with a strong preference for those who have worked in healthcare technology. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to bring product concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Interface Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance user experience and accessibility.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct usability studies, analyze user feedback, and iterate designs to improve engagement and workflow efficiency.
- Design System Management: Maintain and evolve a scalable design system for consistency across all digital products.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design implementation.
- Healthcare UX Optimization: Design workflows that align with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and user expectations in healthcare environments.
- Information Architecture: Organize and structure content in a way that supports intuitive navigation and efficient task completion.
- Prototyping & Validation: Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and communicate ideas to cross-functional teams.
- Demo Skills: Ability to demo prototypes in easy to consume videos and meetings.
- Accessibility & Compliance: Ensure designs meet WCAG and other relevant accessibility standards.
- Performance & Usability Enhancement: Continuously refine and optimize UI components based on user behavior, feedback, and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Figma Motion, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive, scalable enterprise application interfaces.
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience designing for healthcare applications or regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Bonus Points
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development concepts.
- Background in designing for clinical workflows, EHR integrations, or patient-facing applications.
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating design workshops.
Base Compensation: MXN 17,000 - MXN 20,000 per month
