We are seeking a dynamic, energetic On-Site English Teacher to lead our workplace language program. In this role, you will bridge the communication gap between our local manufacturing teams and global leadership. You will be responsible for delivering practical general and industry-specific English lessons to a diverse group of employees- ranging from floor supervisors, engineers and executive managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Class Delivery: Conduct engaging, interactive on-site classes for small groups, adapting teaching methods to accommodate different learning speeds.
- Assessment and progress: Administer periodic tests for formative assessment and summative assessment.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Business or a related field preferred.
- Certifications: TEFL, TESOL, TOEIC, IELTS or similar.
- Language Proficiency: B2+
