Pay Rate: $10.00 USD per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
American Service Pets is seeking an experienced and motivated Call Center Sales Representative to assist customers with obtaining their support animal documentation and certificates. This is a fully remote, independent contractor position for candidates who are professional, reliable, and skilled in both sales and customer service.
Schedule
- Tuesday through Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CST
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Some holidays are required.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers through the support certificate application process.
- Provide excellent customer service while identifying customer needs.
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Meet performance and quality standards.

- Minimum of 3 years of call center experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent English speaking, listening, and communication skills.
- Professional phone presence and strong customer service skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Personal computer and home office equipment suitable for remote work.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional work environment.
