HR Manager. -Compensation and Benefits
Location: Chihuahua
Company located in Chihuahua, Chih. area is searching HR Manager – Compensation and Benefits, responsible for providing expertise and execution of Compensation and Benefits strategies, in addition to Labor employees relations, Time and attendance management, Headcount management, organizational and salary structure. Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of company's human resources departments, provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, and employee labor relations. Provide guidance and direction for legal and risk compliance while improving and maintaining operational goals.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
· BA / BS degree or equivalent, MA / MS / MBA degree preferred.
· Bilingual English - Spanish
· 7+ years of HR management experience, within manufacturing environment.
· Comprehensive knowledge and compliance of federal and state labor and employment laws.
· In-depth understanding of applicable NOMs in matters of labor, hygiene and safety, required by STPS, IMSS.
· Expertise in CONECT & TRESS interfaces Management.
· Experience with salary and benefits surveys: INDEX and Local Markets.
· Management of GEMBA, HR work in production floor.
· Proficiency on IA applications.
· Leadership capabilities required in implementing and managing corporate programs, complying with local legislation and company vision.
Excellent Organizational and Planning skills, problem-solving, collaboration and project management skills.
