Responsibilities:
The Opportunity in Mexico City
As an Associate Field Sales Development Analyst, you will support Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams across LATAM by ensuring accurate customer and route configuration and helping maintain the systems and data that enable effective field execution.
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving operational challenges, and collaborating with teams across different markets. You will gain exposure to sales operations, route management, and commercial processes while contributing to the day-to-day execution of PepsiCo’s last-mile operations.
As an Associate Field Sales Development Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Maintain customer and route configuration in Omnitracs for assigned LATAM markets.

Validate route structures, customer information, geocoding, truck assignments, depots, and loading days.

Monitor system information and identify data or configuration issues that may impact Sales and Go-To-Market execution.

Investigate operational issues and coordinate with local and regional stakeholders to support timely resolution.

Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and other cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and consistent customer and route data.

Prepare operational reports and provide visibility into service levels, productivity, and key performance indicators.

Support the execution of activities according to established service level agreements (SLAs).

Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM.

Develop an understanding of route management, field sales operations, and the systems that support last-mile execution.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.

English: Intermediate–Advanced level (mandatory).
-
0–2 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, data analysis, logistics, routing, or a related area. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Comfortable working with data and identifying inconsistencies or opportunities for improvement.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across different teams and markets.

Exposure to Sales and Go-To-Market operations across LATAM.
