Roof Connect is hiring remote outbound callers in Mexico to connect with homeowners in Connecticut, USA. With over 300 solar energy projects completed, we’re looking for fluent English speakers who are confident, driven, and ready to help book high-quality solar energy consultations.
You’ll use our dialer software to make outbound calls, follow a proven script, and connect interested homeowners with our U.S.-based solar energy team.
Top performers earn between $5,000 – $9,000 MXN per week through base pay and bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls using our auto-dialer (no manual dialing required)
- Speak with Connecticut homeowners about their solar energy needs
- Follow a simple, effective script to qualify interest
- Book solar energy consultations and log outcomes in our CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly goals for call volume and qualified leads
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
- Experience in outbound calling, phone sales, or call centers (preferred)
- Laptop or desktop computer
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Wired headset with a microphone (wireless headsets are not allowed)
- Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
- Requests for time off must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to approval
