What You'll Do
During your first 90 days, you'll focus on learning our sales process while building a qualified pipeline.
You will:
- Prospect U.S. businesses through outbound calling and email follow-ups
- Build relationships with decision makers
- Identify buying opportunities through consultative conversations
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings
- Keep CRM activity current
- Re-engage cancelled or stalled opportunities
- Work closely with leadership to improve conversion rates
After successfully completing your 30/60/90-day onboarding period, you'll expand into a full Account Executive role where you'll begin managing opportunities from prospecting through closing.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has 3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience
- Has consistently made 100+ outbound calls per day
- Has worked directly with U.S. clients (remote preferred)
- Can discuss personal sales metrics and KPIs
- Speaks fluent English (C1-C2)
- Wants a long-term career in sales
- Is comfortable working toward commission and performance goals
- Understands consultative selling instead of scripted pitching
This Role Is Probably Not A Fit If
- Most of your experience is customer service or inbound support
- You've never worked with U.S. business clients
- You're looking for a temporary or part-time position
- You're uncomfortable making outbound cold calls every day
- No sales closing experience in B2B
