A leading retail company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth.
Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, improve customer experience, generate demand, and contribute to the company's commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business and commercial objectives.
- Plan and implement 360° marketing campaigns across digital channels, traditional media, public relations, events, trade marketing, and visual merchandising.
- Lead the creation and execution of content for social media, email marketing, digital platforms, and other communication materials.
- Monitor campaign performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with creative agencies, media partners, vendors, and influencers.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, E-commerce, Trade Marketing, Finance, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team while fostering a results-driven and collaborative culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar leadership positions.
- Proven experience developing and executing 360° marketing strategies for consumer, retail, fashion, lifestyle, or related brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international retail, outdoor, fashion, sports, or lifestyle brands.
- B2C marketing experience.
- Certifications in Google, Meta, HubSpot, or similar digital marketing platforms.
- Experience managing creative agencies, media partners, and influencer marketing initiatives.
