Executive Project Manager to the Founder
Bilingual (English & Spanish) Mérida, Yucatán Part-Time → Full-Time
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Project Manager to work directly with the founder as a trusted execution partner.
Your mission is to create leverage for the founder by owning the details, driving execution, anticipating needs, and continuously finding better ways to save time, improve organization, and turn ideas into reality.
How You'll Create Leverage
· Own the execution of the founder's priorities from idea through completion.
· Keep projects moving by coordinating with team members and following up on deliverables.
· Communicate with internal teams on the founder's behalf.
· Build systems, workflows, and checklists that improve execution and organization.
· Research and implement AI tools that increase productivity and eliminate repetitive work.
· Anticipate problems, bring solutions, and remove obstacles before they become issues.
· Take administrative and operational tasks off the founder's plate so he can focus on strategy, relationships, and growth.
· Support select business initiatives and personal impact projects.
What We're Looking For
· Fluent in English and Spanish.
· Experience supporting an executive in an Executive Assistant, Executive Project Manager, Operations, or Chief of Staff-type role.
· Exceptionally organized with outstanding follow-through and attention to detail.
· Highly proactive—you bring solutions, not just updates.
· Comfortable working independently with minimal direction.
· Strong communicator who can confidently represent the founder.
· Comfortable leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to work smarter.
· Always looking for ways to save time, improve clarity, and increase organizational effectiveness.
What Success Looks Like
Within 6–12 months, you've become the founder's trusted execution partner. Projects move forward without being chased. The founder has more time to focus on high-value work because you've created systems, improved execution, solved problems before they arise, and taken ownership of the details. You don't wait for direction—you create leverage.
