Review and manage various processes for the South American business (Colombia, Brazil, Peru, Ecuador)

Act as a communication channel between the Customer Service function and the rest of the operation at Ingredion

Make requests to other areas of the business to ensure the previous activities are completed correctly.

Address urgent requests to prioritize work

Generate reports and analyze information related to the position.

Work together with local Customer Service areas to maintain process efficiency and quality.

Recommend and support the implementation of organizational initiatives and continuous improvement.

Participate in group problem-solving and team activities.
Qualified candidates will have:
Education and experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, etc.).
- Experience working in a Customer Service area
Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office required

SAP and Salesforce experience preferred.
