Working Experience: 3+ years in IT Field, software development is preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of EDI processes and data integration is highly preferred.
Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of resolving complex, long-standing IT and software issues.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Required Software Familiarity: Must have strong, hands-on familiarity with at least one of the following enterprise software systems: SAP, MES, SCADA, or Lotus Notes.

Programming Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in software development using Python and C#.

Database Experience: Strong knowledge of relational databases, specifically MSSQL (querying, maintenance, and optimization).
