Recruitment Assistant
Provide operational and administrative support to the Recruitment and HR team, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and efficient coordination of hiring and onboarding processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities.
- Coordinate interview schedules, and onboarding activities.
- Follow up with candidates regarding hiring process updates
- Publish job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media
- Maintain candidate databases and personnel records updated
- Assist in onboarding and induction logistics
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR events
Requirements
- Newly graduated in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Intermediate English communication skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment, administration, or customer service is a plus
