Your Impact
In this role at Equivity, you'll provide customer and sales support to a US-based company, a leading provider of innovative mobility solutions. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional results and make a positive difference in our industry.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries about their subscription services
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate order fulfillment and logistics coordination.
- Generate and manage sales leads through CRM software.
- Schedule customer meetings for outside sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Light Marketing Support:
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media updates, and website content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
Back Office Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist with data entry, file organization, and record-keeping tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, legal, accounting, or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI and its applications.
- Interest in the legal industry and its intersection with AI.
What we offer and other important information:

Up to $40,000 pesos per month (based on experience and other factors/gross salary)

Monday-Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm or 8:00am-5:00pm PST.
