The Lead Category Manager, Tub ing and Metal Fab is a key member of the Global Strategic Sourcing team, responsible for the procurement of steel fabrication and steel tub ing components. This role centers on strategic supplier management, contract negotiation, supplier development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sourcing excellence and value creation within the steel fab and steel tub e categories.
Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Logistics, and IT to develop and implement sourcing strategies for steel fab and steel tub e .
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, including supplier selection , supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
