Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting PBC Material Master Data across legacy systems and SAP (MDG/S4). It focuses on ensuring data quality, accuracy, and readiness to support deployments and ongoing operations.
The position also contributes to Offer to Cash (OTC) data analysis and supports continuous improvement of data processes and tools.
Your Impact
As a SC Master Data Material Data Quality & Readiness Analyst, you will:

Maintain and validate Material Master Data in SAP MDG, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity

Analyze and process data requests to support go-live deployments and sustain activities

Monitor and deliver key PBC Data Management KPIs
-
Provide end-user support and resolve requests within defined SLAs
-
Support Offer to Cash (OTC) master data analysis and activities
-
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency

Create and maintain documentation for processes and system procedures
-
Support data validation activities during deployment phases (cutover readiness)

Manage SharePoint requests and support data-related inquiries (e.g., material descriptions)

Develop and improve tools (Excel, SQL, SharePoint) to optimize current processes

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements

Support project-related activities in collaboration with leadership
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience & Background
-
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
-
1–3 years of experience in data management, SAP master data, supply chain, or finance-related roles
-
Experience working with SAP (MDG, S/4HANA) and data maintenance tools
Technical Skills
-
Strong knowledge of Material Master Data processes

Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with SQL and data analysis tools

Familiarity with data systems and platforms such as SAP and SharePoint
Key Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and stakeholder management

Ability to work cross-functionally and independentl
