Full-Time | Remote | LATAM
We are seeking an experienced Brand, Communications & Community Manager who can understand our business, customers, services, positioning, and leadership—and translate that understanding into a clear, consistent, professional, and commercially effective public presence.
This is not just a social media, graphic design, or traditional PR role. You will connect brand, communications, content, social media, community, reputation, and executive presence into one coherent strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Business Into Market: Understand business priorities and turn them into effective brand, content, communication, and audience-engagement initiatives.
- Manage Brand & Communications: Protect positioning, messaging, tone, visual consistency, and the quality of all public-facing communication.
- Lead Social & Community: Build a strategic social-media and community presence through content planning, engagement, audience feedback, and ongoing conversations.
- Support Executive Presence: Help determine what should come from the company versus leadership, supporting thought leadership and personal branding.
- Coordinate Execution: Work with designers, writers, marketers, agencies, and other specialists to ensure all work supports clear business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing communications, corporate communications, digital marketing, community management, PR, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal English and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, persuasive communication.
- Strong understanding of branding, content, social media, community management, reputation, executive branding, and integrated marketing communications.
- Strong business judgment and the ability to distinguish between business strategy, marketing strategy, communication strategy, and execution.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership, coordinating multiple initiatives, and challenging ideas when necessary to protect the brand.
Do Not Apply If
- Your experience is mainly limited to scheduling posts, writing captions, or creating graphics.
- You see marketing primarily as social media, design, hashtags, or paid advertising.
- You cannot understand business objectives and translate them into effective public-facing communication.
- You are looking for a social-media-only, PR-only, or personal-assistant-with-marketing role.
- You are not comfortable providing strategic input to senior leadership.
We need someone who can understand the business deeply enough to decide how it should present itself publicly—and coordinate the brand, marketing, communications, social, community, and executive-presence efforts needed to make that happen.
