About Home Qualifiers
Home Qualifiers is a fast-growing US-based homeownership platform helping everyday Americans fix their credit and get approved for a mortgage. We're scaling fast and need someone who can keep up.
The Role
This is a phone-first role. Your primary job is calling people.
You'll be calling leads who haven't activated their accounts, ensuring the onboarding into the platform has been executed correctly and in a timely manner and checking in with existing customers monthly. You’ll also be managing the support email and responding to any client tickets and resolving them yourself. You'll work directly with our Head of Customer Support and have a path to grow into a leadership role as we scale.
If you're not comfortable spending most of your day on the phone speaking English with American clients - this role isn't for you.
What You'll Do
- Call leads and clients daily via our CRM (GoHighLevel) - this is the majority of your role
- Convert inactive leads into active clients through confident, clear phone communication
- Conduct monthly check-in calls with existing customers to track their progress
- Manage inbound support emails and respond within agreed timeframes
- Log all activity, notes, and follow-ups in GoHighLevel
- Flag issues and escalate to the leadership team when needed
- Help identify and document process improvements as we grow
What We Need From You
Non-negotiable:
- Fluent, clear, confident English speaker - you'll be on the phone with American clients every single day
- Previous experience in a phone-based role - call centre, phone support, telesales, or similar
- Proven ability to work remotely and manage your own time without supervision
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new tools quickly
Bonus points:
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Background in financial services, banking, credit, or mortgage
- Sales or conversion experience
- Experience working with US-based companies remotely
