We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to manage and drive performance for our outbound sales team. This role is not just about supervision — you are expected to actively coach, monitor calls, improve conversion rates, and keep the team accountable to daily targets.
You will be responsible for ensuring that appointment setters consistently hit KPIs, follow scripts effectively, and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of outbound sales representatives (appointment setters)
- Drive daily performance to meet and exceed call, booking, and conversion targets
- Monitor live calls and recordings to ensure quality and script adherence
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans
- Handle escalations and step in on calls when needed
- Track individual and team KPIs (calls, contact rate, set rate, show rate)
- Run daily huddles and performance check-ins
- Identify gaps in performance and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead quality and outcomes
- Maintain high energy, discipline, and accountability across the team
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in outbound call center sales
- Prior experience managing or leading a team
- Strong understanding of outbound sales metrics and funnel (dial → connect → set → show)
- Proven ability to coach low performers into productive reps
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle pressure and enforce accountability
- Experience with CRM and dialer systems
Preferred
- Experience in solar, home services, or high-ticket appointment setting
- Experience working with remote teams
- Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, auto-dialers, and call tracking software

- Base salary + performance-based incentives
