At Bizee, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our team. As a growing organization with more than 100 employees, we are seeking a motivated professional to support our Human Resources department. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the operational efficiency of the HR function while helping create a positive experience for employees across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection Support
- Assist in the posting and management of job listings across employment platforms.
- Support initial resume screening based on established candidate profiles.
- Coordinate and confirm interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Personnel Administration Support
- Support the creation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of employee records (physical and digital).
- Assist with data entry related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date at all times.
Employee Support
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and internal procedures.
- Route and track requests to the appropriate team, ensuring timely resolution.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Assist in the preparation and updating of HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, open positions).
- Support the HR Manager with data compilation and presentation materials as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Human Resources (internship or professional practice experience considered).
- English proficiency at B1 level or above (required).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data tracking).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional discretion required.
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to follow-through.
