Create logistics KPI´s and manage MyControlSite (MES) allowing to measure the process performance as well as execute continuous improvement actions.
Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline operations (incidents in site)
Anticipate, identify and resolve problems that could delay the release or movement shipments, ensuring Government/Customers compliance.
Collaborate with Security / Compliance to grant the corporate rules and procedures according with the company.
Open investigations/ submit claims with carriers (lost in transit, damage in transit, non-receipt cases etc) and see the process through from start to end.
Responsible of create, save and keep ISO documentation updated

Perform annual cost review with Procurement and Internal customer to deliver competitive freight fee
Bachelors in Logistic, Engineering disciplines or related area.
Digital skills, logistics KPI’s, negotiations skills, good communication, problem solving, excellent planner, networks and connections.
Several years of experience on seed processes.
