At Grupo ORVE, we are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Manager with strong experience in sales team leadership and a results-driven mindset. This role will be key in driving growth and strengthening our operations in Mexico City.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage high-performing commercial teams within the real estate sector
- Design and implement strategies for prospecting, follow-up, and closing sales
- Recruit, train, and develop commercial advisors
- Ensure the achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
- Monitor business opportunities and oversee key negotiations
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on results
Required Profile:
- Proven experience in commercial roles (real estate, insurance, automotive, or related industries)
- Experience working with variable compensation schemes (commissions)
- Strong background in team development, coaching, and leadership
- Solid skills in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing sales
- Proficiency in digital tools (Zoom, Teams, CRM platforms, etc.)
- Strong results orientation, KPI analysis, and decision-making skills
