The Principal, Data Analysis enables the decision-making processes within AMS by conducting thorough data analysis on operational and external data sets. Their primary responsibility is to deliver data insights which enhance operational performance and predict future trends. This role collaborates with internal teams to interpret and analyse data and develop data case studies.
They will also be responsible for developing and timely as well as accurate delivery of ad-hoc reports and projects in line with agreed requirements. They will drive and deliver comprehensive insights that enable internal teams to make informed decisions.

What you’ll do:
SERVICE INNOVATION / EVOLUTION
- Delivers continuous improvement or innovation projects and contributes to strategic programmes.
- Based on data analysis conducted, provides recommendations about future data analysis which could provide value to AMS.
OPERATIONS
- Operational and External Data Analysis of Medium to High Complexity:
- Performs descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis to understand past performance, current status, and future possibilities, using internal client operational data, AMS aggregate data, and external market data.
Trend Interpretation and Analysis:
- Interprets trends and compiles and forecasts using client operational, ATS, HRIS, and other datasets where possible to make predictions about activity levels or volumes and hiring conditions.
CLIENT / STAKEHOLDERS
- Gathers comprehensive requirements in order to understand stakeholders’ needs, goals, and measures of success.
- Regularly revisits requirements and assumptions to ensure alignment throughout the project.
- Proactively reaches out to stakeholders with insights or recommendations that might benefit them, even if they fall outside of the standard reporting cycle.
- Solicits feedback from stakeholders on each report to continuously improve future deliverables.
