Senior Accountant | Hermosillo, Sonora
Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specializing in outsourced accounting, bookkeeping, tax, finance, fractional CFO, payroll, and HR services, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with clients, managing financial processes, solving accounting challenges, and using technology to improve workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the financial close process for a portfolio of business clients, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Review client financials and make necessary adjustments.
- Perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and accounting troubleshooting.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and work closely with internal teams to address their needs.
- Provide input on higher-level technical accounting questions.
- Support the integration of new applications with client accounting systems.
- Document accounting systems, processes, and workflows.
- Help strategically plan accounting workflows in coordination with the Accounting Manager.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-4+ years of accounting experience.
- Full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong ability to review financial documents and provide meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple projects efficiently.
- Proactive, technology-savvy approach to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
Highly Preferred:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or a similar accounting system.
- Previous client-facing accounting experience.
- Experience working with a U.S.-based company or U.S. clients.
Candidates with client-facing experience, QBO or similar system knowledge, and previous experience working with a U.S.-based company may qualify for the higher end of the salary range.
Sueldo: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 al mes
