Role Purpose
Provide technical support throughout the warranty investigation process, ensuring accurate analysis of returned parts and supporting root cause identification to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support warranty part analysis processes and methodologies
- Perform investigation of returned warranty parts
- Assist in root cause analysis and determination of liability
- Analyze warranty data and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain and update warranty databases
- Coordinate follow-up actions and register activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve quality issues
