As our Jr. Manufacturing Eng , you’ll play a key role in supports process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations

You’ll collaborate with teams and take ownership of tools, helping us move toward a more efficient future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing processes.
Monitor production lines to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
Provide technical assistance to operators and technicians on equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Support preventive maintenance planning for critical machinery.
Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment
Participate in cost-reduction projects and yield improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
People management ability.
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering related roles.
1 year programming PLC
Monday through Saturday availability, with occasional overtime required.
Able to work in a 3 shift operation with availability to shift swap.
Intermediate English
