This role combines finance, operations, purchasing, and process improvement, giving leadership real-time visibility into project costs and business performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Track project costs, labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Analyze estimated vs. actual project costs and prepare profitability reports.
- Manage purchasing and coordinate material orders.
- Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Monitor labor costs, inventory, and company assets.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and implement new technologies.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
