We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency focused on helping contractors and home service businesses generate qualified leads through paid advertising, conversion-focused websites, CRM automations, and creative strategy.
We work with industries such as plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, construction, and landscaping. We are growing our in-house team in Guadalajara and are hiring an experienced Meta Ads Specialist / Trafficker Digital.
This is a paid advertising role. It is not an organic social media role.
Compensation
$30,000–$40,000 MXN/month depending on experience
Strong candidates with contractor, home-service, or U.S. agency experience may be considered at a higher range.

English Requirement
Professional English is required. This person must be able to communicate with internal U.S. teams and, at times, explain campaign performance to clients in English.
Responsibilities
Manage paid Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Build, launch, optimize, and scale lead generation campaigns.
Analyze performance using CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, booked appointments, and cost per booked opportunity.
Work with the creative team on ad angles, hooks, offers, videos, graphics, and testing plans.
Work with the CRO/web team to improve landing page performance.
Work with the CRM team to improve lead tracking, speed-to-lead, follow-up, and lead quality.
Identify why campaigns are underperforming and recommend clear solutions.
Prepare campaign updates and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
Experience managing lead generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, audiences, placements, tracking, retargeting, creative testing, and budget optimization.
Professional English communication skills.
Comfortable being client-facing when needed.
Experience managing multiple accounts in an agency environment.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Must be able to work in-office in Guadalajara.
Preferred Experience
Experience running ads for contractors or home services, especially plumbers, HVAC companies, roofers, remodelers, construction companies, or landscapers.
Experience with landing pages, forms, CRMs, call tracking, and lead follow-up systems.
Experience improving lead quality, not just lowering cost per lead.
Experience presenting results to U.S.-based clients.
