The Associate Talent Advisor - Systems & Operations will play a dual-impact role within Talent Acquisition, combining high-volume recruiting engagement support with system enablement and testing responsibilities (e.g., Oracle Recruiting / ATS modules).
This position is critical to ensuring process efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless candidate experience, while supporting continuous improvement of TA systems and workflows. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven professional who can manage structured pipelines while also contributing to system testing, validation, and optimization efforts.

Recruiting Operations & Pipeline Management
- Manage high-volume candidate screening and triage, ensuring alignment with role requirements
- Conduct resume review (light and heavy), including tagging, prioritization, and candidate pooling
- Maintain structured and accurate candidate pipelines within ATS (Oracle or similar)
- Execute pipeline outreach campaigns, including tagging strategies, email communications, and requisition alignment
- Provide candidate communications (application acknowledgment, status updates, scheduling logistics)
Support contingent workforce requisitions, including vendor coordination and administrative workflows

Systems Testing & Process Enablement
- Support testing, validation, and quality assurance of Talent Acquisition systems (e.g., Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Execute test scripts/UAT scenarios to validate new features, system enhancements, and process changes
- Identify, document, and escalate system bugs, data inconsistencies, and workflow gaps
- Partner with TA, HRIS, and IT teams to ensure system configurations align with recruiting processes
- Maintain data quality and process compliance within the ATS
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on process standardization and automation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or related fields)
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, pipelining, or Talent Acquisition operations
- Experience supporting or working with ATS/HR systems (Oracle preferred)
- Exposure to system testing, UAT, or process validation is strongly preferred
- Experience in shared services or high-volume environments is a plus
- Strong process orientation and organizational discipline
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex data and workflows
- Comfortable working across systems, tools, and structured processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)
- Strong collaboration and customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data handling
- Strong grammar, proofreading, and documentation skills
