YOUR TASKS
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist (Sales Scheduling) II to support customer service and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). This role will act as a key link between customers, production planning, sales, warehouse operations, accounting, and third-party logistics providers to guarantee on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Manage customer schedules and sales order activities through SAP and customer portals.

Monitor and ensure compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Generate and analyze customer reports related to delivery performance, fill rate, claims, and OTIF metrics.

Coordinate deliveries, credits, and order management activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain customer accounts and support EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.

Act as the main point of contact for customers, planners, buyers, sales teams, warehouse operations, accounting, and logistics providers.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

2-3 years of experience in automotive/manufacturing

Advanced English

SAP & customer portals experience

Knowledge of sales orders, purchase orders, EDI, and customer account management

Strong analytical and communication skills
