Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Technical experience in:
Python 3.x, Java / JS (+2 year)
SQL / PostgreSQL (+2 years)
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise automation / low-code platform — e.g., Pega Platform and/or Pega Robotic Automation., Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate), or equivalent (+2 year)
Good understanding of Web services, REST APIs, Cloud Technology, and JSON (+1 year)
Applied Artificial Intelligence — building solutions with LLMs and/or agentic frameworks (+1 year)
Strong knowledge of software development principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and architecture (+2 years). This foundation is prioritized over expertise in any single automation platform.
English proficiency (written and verbal).
Understand and operate in a global context.
Manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively.
Results-driven and detail-oriented.
Partner with others and foster teamwork, with a "can do" positive attitude and self-motivation.
Great communication and presentation skills in English.
Effective stakeholder relationships.
Desired Skills
Apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business cases.
Experience building multi-agent / agentic AI systems (e.g., Google ADK, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks).
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), using CI/CD tools and pipelines, e.g., Tekton, Cloud Build, etc.
Experience with Jira, Rally, backlogs, iterations, user stories, or similar Agile tools.
