The Training Coordinator II is responsible for coordinating, implementing, and maintaining training activities that support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, engineering changes, and compliance requirements within a regulated manufacturing environment. This role ensures that all training assignments, curricula, and job-based training records are properly managed in Compliance Wire while supporting cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, Documents, and Records Management.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring personnel are adequately trained prior to validations, process releases, and production activities, maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define and implement training strategies in Compliance Wire to support NPI (New Product Introduction) projects.
- Create, administer, and maintain training curricula and Job-Based Training (JBT) within Compliance Wire.
- Review and approve training-related tasks in Windchill associated with NPI projects and engineering changes.
- Track and monitor required training activities for validations and process release readiness.
- Generate training assignment, completion, and compliance reports for hourly and salaried employees.
- Coordinate training assignments and follow-up activities with cross-functional departments including:
- Documents Control
- Records Management
- Quality
- Operations
- Support onboarding and training coordination for new hires participating in NPI projects.
- Ensure training documentation is accurate, current, and compliant with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support audits and inspections by providing training records and compliance documentation as required.
- Identify gaps in training compliance and support corrective actions to maintain training effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS::
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Education, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training coordination, document control, quality systems, or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting NPI projects preferred.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Experience with Compliance Wire or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with Windchill or document management systems preferred.
- Knowledge of training compliance processes in regulated environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and communication)..
