Job Responsibilities
1. Perform and supervise laboratory procedures including egg retrieval, fertilization, embryo culture, freezing, thawing and transfer.
2. Ensure strict quality control in the embryology laboratory and maintain high safety and cleanliness standards according to international medical protocols.
3. Operate and maintain precision laboratory equipment according to manufacturer guidelines and standard operating procedures.
4. Document all laboratory processes accurately and confidentially in both Chinese and Spanish, and maintain complete medical records.
5. Train and guide junior embryology staff as needed, and provide professional guidance to Chinese and Spanish-speaking teams.
6. Cooperate with medical teams to optimize treatment outcomes and provide professional embryology support to international patients.
7. Comply with medical ethics, laboratory regulations and quality management systems in both cultural and linguistic environments.
Job Requirements
1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Embryology, Biology, Biomedical Science or related field.
2. Significant professional experience as an embryologist in fertility / assisted reproduction laboratories.
3. Deep knowledge of IVF, ICSI, embryo biopsy, vitrification and related techniques.
4. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Spanish (written and spoken), with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Rigorous, precise, responsible, with strong hands-on skills and teamwork ability.
6. Ability to maintain calm under critical conditions and work efficiently in multicultural settings.
7. Familiar with international medical standards and local regulations in Chinese and Spanish-speaking regions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
