We're looking for a US Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates across technical, sales, and engineering roles for US-based clients and teams. You will own the full recruiting cycle from outbound sourcing and pipeline building through screening, interview coordination, and offer support, working multiple active roles simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
This is a high-output, ownership-driven role. You need to be comfortable sourcing across job boards and professional networks, conducting screening calls, managing candidate pipelines in an ATS, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process. If you have hands-on US market recruiting experience across tech and sales roles and can operate independently without being closely managed, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Sourcing and Pipeline Building

Source qualified candidates for technical, sales, and engineering roles using LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases

Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Conduct proactive outreach across email, phone, and messaging platforms to engage both active and passive candidates

Stay current on US labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies for tech and sales talent
Screening and Qualification

Review and triage inbound applications against role requirements

Conduct preliminary phone and video screens to assess qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, and interest level

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS throughout the recruiting process
Interview Coordination and Stakeholder Communication

Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers

Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout every stage of the process

Provide regular pipeline updates to clients and internal stakeholders without being prompted

Manage candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding handoff
Offer and Close Support

Support offer preparation and delivery in collaboration with hiring managers or clients

Manage candidate objections and keep candidates engaged through the decision-making process

Track offer acceptance rates and flag risks or drop-off patterns proactively
What You Bring

2 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically for US-based technical, sales, or engineering roles

Proven ability to source and engage candidates across LinkedIn, Indeed, and similar platforms

Strong understanding of the US job market for tech and sales talent including compensation expectations and candidate motivations

Experience conducting screening calls and qualifying candidates against defined role requirements

Proficiency with ATS platforms and candidate tracking tools

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and confident presence

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active roles and candidate pipelines simultaneously

Self-directed and persistent with strong follow-through on outreach, pipeline maintenance, and stakeholder communication
Nice to Have

Experience recruiting across both technical and sales functions within the same organization

Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methods

Background in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced recruiting environment

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar tools

Prior experience recruiting for US-based companies from an overseas or remote setting
