We are looking for mexican Field Engineers, in order to work at an important Telecomm Company in USA. All the travel expenses, accomodation and Insurance are included in the benefits packages. This position requires a special VISA, that will ask to be tramited as soon as the candidate is accepted.
Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Computer Engineering is mandatory.
5+ experience
Knowledge: English Level 50%-65%
Responsibility:
Troubleshooting Engineer supports the health and/or troubleshooting of Base Stations to ensure RF performance metrics are fulfilled for site/cluster/market launch.
Conducting site quality audit and technical site surveys as well as preparing site documentations and reports
NodeB/eNodeB Synchronization Troubleshooting, Loop Checks
Perform RET configuration script verification for different RET models like Argus, Kathrein, Andrew and Hexport Antenna
Perform RET configuration via CCU
Conduct VSWR and PIM test
Perform TMA configuration
Troubleshooting High UL RSSI issues
Perform RRUS replacement and addition
Perform XMU replacement and addition
Perform onsite troubleshooting for configuration for hardware issues occurred on WCDMA and LTE Nodes.
Perform testing on RAN solution in accordance with RAN testing requirements
Radio network parameter changes impact analysis
Analyze traces and exceptions for problematic site troubleshooting
Perform KPI monitoring
Benefits:
Annual salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000 USD, Car, Insurance, Accommodation, Gasoline, 401K, Paid Time Off, Sick Days
Work Place USA, Locations will vary and we may move them from one state to another depends on the projects load:
Texas, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, S/N. Virginia, Upstate New York, New York City (Long Island)
