Responsible for provide an extensive expertise to service and support to glass manufacture process by maintenance variety of complex electrical, electromechanical systems and equipment under the philosophy of Reliability-Centered
Maintenance applying safety, quality service, environmental and labor standards in force as well as current regulations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Researches, develops, modifies, designs, evaluate and test a variety of electric and electronic equipment and systems, including control and test equipment.
- Support to integrate new technology, techniques and concepts to enhance functionality, simplify designs, improve reliability and reduce production costs.
- Diagnose failures repairs and/or maintenance electrical distribution system and verify the functional status of their different equipment.
- Perform predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance to electrical and electromechanical systems.
- Detection and correction of faults, breakdowns and deviations of electrical parameters (Harmonics, Dips, Swells, Transients, Power Factor, current unbalanced) which inflicts Power Quality problems.
- Writing reports by compiling data, analyzing, and summarizing information trends.
- Inspect and observe facilities to evaluate the efficacy and quality of electrical systems.
- Planning the service to be performed, defining the stages and activities with safety procedures, quality conditions and meet electrical codes.
