About the Role
We're looking for a results-oriented sales professional to drive new business development and manage client relationships within the B2B space. The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity, streamline outreach, and close deals more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Use AI-powered tools (e.g., for prospecting, email drafting, CRM data entry, call summaries) to increase efficiency and output
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams to refine strategy
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (Lighting, Staffing services, or similar industry preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable and proficient using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as part of daily workflow
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Pay: $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
