Staff Support / Customer Experience Virtual Assistant (Remote – PST Hours)
We are looking for a dependable and professional Staff Support / Customer Experience Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
This role focuses on employee support, onboarding assistance, customer experience, administrative support, and helping leadership with daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, responsive, and comfortable handling communication in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule (PST)
Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 7:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
Sunday
3:30 PM – 7:30 PM Pacific Standard Time
Responsibilities
- Support employee onboarding processes
- Assist team members with questions and support needs
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Answer incoming calls during PM hours
- Assist leadership team with administrative tasks
- Help support daily operations and communication
- Provide light sales and customer support when needed
