Objetivo del puesto
Garantizar el óptimo funcionamiento de los troqueles mediante la ejecución de mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos, así como reparaciones en línea y en taller, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de producción y las especificaciones de calidad del cliente.
Responsabilidades principales
Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a troqueles.
Diagnosticar y corregir fallas en herramientas de estampado.
Interpretar reportes de medición GD&T.
Operar maquinaria convencional como torno, fresadora, taladro y rectificadora.
Ejecutar actividades de maquinado cuando se requiera.
Revisar programas de producción e inventarios para priorizar trabajos.
Elaborar reportes de actividades y órdenes de trabajo.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua, reducción de scrap y optimización de procesos.
Mantener las herramientas y equipos asignados en óptimas condiciones.
Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente establecidos por la organización.
Conocimientos requeridos
Operación básica de prensas.
Procesos de estampado y matricería.
Nomenclatura de aceros y aplicaciones en troqueles.
Interpretación de GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
Ajustes y tolerancias mecánicas.
Tipos y aplicaciones de tratamientos térmicos.
Tipos y uso de soldaduras.
Operación básica de máquinas y herramientas.
Experiencia requerida
Escolaridad
Requisitos adicionales
Inglés básico.
Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo estándares de seguridad, calidad y mejora continua.
Enfoque en solución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.
