Role Overview
We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee and execute our outbound communications, social media presence, and community-building efforts. This role ensures brand consistency across platforms while supporting sales and growth objectives through storytelling, content, and data-driven programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of outbound communication to maintain brand consistency across
marketing materials; oversee content creation including copywriting and design.
- Own and manage the social media calendar.
- Plan and execute content on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms as needed to
achieve business goals.
- Create and maintain a clear brand narrative that supports marketing and sales objectives.
- Ensure visual assets are in place to meet marketing needs, including photoshoot planning
and coordination.
- Build and nurture community among social media followers, customers, and database
subscribers.
- Integrate video content into feeds regularly and consistently.
- Capture, analyze, and segment new and existing customers; build targeted
communication programs addressing each segment’s needs.
- Develop and manage an ongoing photoshoot schedule (seasonal, promotional/partner, and
casual “1C1M1S” shoots—one camera, one model, one stylist).
- Collaborate on the creation and evolution of a website aligned with the current business
model (focused collections, shorter production runs, partner participation).
- Help create integrated experiences across in-store, social media, and website platforms
(QR codes for storytelling, permission-based database sign-ups, TripAdvisor and Google
Maps review links).
- Participate in bi-weekly tactical planning sessions with the sales team to ensure cohesive
execution aligned with strategic objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (SEO, social media).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing photoshoots and social media platforms.
- Background in high-end fashion and/or luxury brands preferred.
Experience
- 3–5+ years of relevant marketing or community management experience.
This is a part-time or freelance role with flexible scheduling, ideal for a self-directed professional
who can own execution and collaborate closely with sales and creative partners.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
