Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive impression of the organization and a smooth recruitment experience.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a high level of quality in hiring decisions. Evaluate candidates not only for technical skills but also for cultural fit and long-term potential within the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights for informed decision-making. Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- Leverage recruitment technology and tools to enhance efficiency and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to speed, quality, and satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM)
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting, demonstrating the ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on delivering results without compromising quality.
- University Degree
Oil & Gas industry Knowledge is a plus
