Escolaridad:
Bachelor´s of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering.
Objetivo General:
Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills.
Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades:

1-3 years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design.

Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D.

Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e, Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo).

Experience with test plan development.

Advanced experience on mechanical and electronics

Collaborate with teams in the U.S an Asia for technical benchmarketing and resolving questions.

Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.

Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.
