Analytical and Communication: Highly analytical and detail-oriented; capable of performing meticulous, line-by-line reviews of contractual documents. Possesses strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including fluent English proficiency, to ensure accuracy and clarity in agreements.

Technical and Administrative: Strong computer and software abilities. Able to draft simple integrity checks following prescribed templates and guidelines. Efficient at managing time to handle time-sensitive contracts and deals.

Work Environment: Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision. Excel at building and maintaining effective relationships with both internal and external contacts. Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
