POSCO International E-Mobility México is looking for a TS Molding Supervisor to oversee molding operations within our automotive manufacturing facility.
We are seeking a proactive leader with experience managing production teams, ensuring quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise daily molding production activities.
- Lead production personnel and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production performance and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- Experience supervising molding or manufacturing operations.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Availability to work 4x3 shift schedule
Languages
- Intermediate to Advanced English.
