Proposal Writer – Language Services – LATAM
100% Remote Position | Direct Hire | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Writer based in Latin America (LATAM) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience writing proposals, RFP responses, bids, and business documents, preferably for a company in the interpreting or language services industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in proposal writing
- Required: Previous experience working for an interpreting, translation, or language services company
- Experience preparing RFP responses, proposals, bids, and/or client submissions
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
- Ability to research, organize, and present information clearly and professionally
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
